4. Orders and Payments
All payments must be completed at checkout. Your order will only be processed once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. You may test the product at home; returned items must be complete, undamaged, and in working condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This policy applies in addition to your legal rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lévia™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, website access, or delivery delays. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
